Proper Water Bottle Storage

Prevent Water Bottle Contamination

We recycle our 11L and 19L bottles as part of our commitment to sustainability. Therefore, any actions that may contaminate the bottles or compromise our water quality are strictly prohibited.

Prevent Water Bottle Contamination

You can do a simple cleaning whenever there are dust, stains / spills.

How Frequent Should You Clean?

Clean outer surfaces with a soft damp cloth

Wipe dust from the back of the dispenser.

Remove the drip tray by pulling it forward. Wipe parts clean with a damp soft cloth.

General Servicing

Bottled water Dispenser
On top of the simple cleaning that you do on a daily basis, you can also request for general servicing from us whereby we’ll collect and/or dismantle your water dispenser to clean the internal as well as the external parts. Advisable to do general servicing minimum once a year.

All water dispensers, water purifiers & water coolers purchased from us includes FREE ONE YEAR warranty.

Leaking

Top load / bottom load water bottle dispenser

step 1

Switch off the power & remove the bottle from the dispense.
Note: Do NOT use the same bottle again.

Dispense 3-4 cups of water from the blue tap & dry up the pointer area using dry cloth / tissue.
Note: Label leaking bottle & whatsapp us immediately for bottle replacement.

Put in a new bottle & wait for 10 minutes before switching on the power.

Top load / bottom load water bottle dispenser

Do not place the dispenser under direct sunlight, place it at a place where there is proper ventilation.
Allow at least 15cm of space between the dispenser and the wall to avoid damaging the unit due to accumulation of heat.
Avoid placing dispenser in areas that have high temperature and moisture or flammable areas as it may cause machine malfunction.
Do not place dispenser on top of a thick carpet, near electronics and furniture in order to prevent any forms of damages in the event of water leakage.
Avoid using extension or multi-outlet extension cords.
Do not attempt to carry out any modification or repair of the dispenser.

Refundable Deposit

An additional refundable deposit is required to cover potential damage, misuse, or loss of our 19L / 11L water bottles. This applies to all water dispensers provided under our leasing program.

Delivery Lead Time

We’ll try to deliver within 2-3 working days unless during peak period/ public holidays.** Important Note: Send your order earlier to avoid late delivery, especially during peak periods & public holidays.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Prolife Water Pte Ltd

Prolife Water Pte Ltd may cancel an order where there is inadequate stock to fulfil such order, where there will be unreasonable delay in sourcing of the Products or where the Product has been wrongly advertised or priced. In such instance, the Buyer:

Will be notified of the cancellation via the Website system; and

Shall be entitled to a full refund of the purchase price paid and shipping fees.

Prolife Water Pte Ltd’s customers are advised to read this Policy together with the Prolife Water Pte Ltd Agreement with regard to the grounds when the Company may reasonably cancel an order.

Repeated cancellations without proper cause/justification, which result in Prolife Water Pte Ltd being unable to comply with the Company’s Service Levels, shall entitle the Company to impose such penalties as provided for under the Prolife Water Pte Ltd Agreement.

Return Policy

Please be informed that all purchased products and bottled water are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Delivery (T&C)

The listed prices of products, Services, are subjected to the 9% GST.

User will be entitled to free local delivery upon purchase of minimum SGD$40.00.
User shall pay a charge for delivery separately, when minimum purchase is not met, in addition to the payment for products.
Additional charge of SGD2.00 - SGD4.00 per Bottle/Carton will be charged. If the delivery location includes stairs, the price will be quoted based on the number of stair steps or man power carry to the customer's location
User shall complete payment 2 days in advance before the delivery arrangement.
Delivery Lead Time
Standard delivery is 2-3 working days after order confirmation. For new clients, delivery will be made 2-3 working days after payment has been cleared.
Free Delivery
Available Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Delivery times are subject to the daily routing schedule.
Additional Charges
Deliveries on Saturday, Sunday, or Public Holidays will incur additional charges. Specific delivery time requests will be quoted separately. Urgent delivery requests will be quoted separately. Deliveries to Sentosa, Jurong Island, or other restricted areas may incur additional charges (price to be quoted).

Damage Charges

User shall care for the products delivered and will be charged SGD$30.00 per Gallon Bottle for any damages and/or loss of Gallon Bottle.

Damage or lost Prolife Water Dispenser will be charged SGD 400 - SGD 500 (based on model) per water dispenser.

Prolife Water Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any claim made by the User in the event of any water leakage, electrical short circuits, and/or any other matter that causes damage to the customer’s premises and its surroundings.

Refundable Deposit

Refundable Deposit for any product rentals will be charged to the User, at SGD$10.00 per Gallon Bottle and SGD$200.00 per Water Dispenser.

Termination of Business relationships

One months official notice to Prolife Water.
There shall be no refund for any goods delivered and unconsumed Bottled Water.
Prolife have the right to terminate the agreement as if no water order within 3 months Prolife will collect back all the water bottles included unconsumed bottle and water dispenser (if dispenser under leasing).
Upon service termination, please allow 7-10 working days for collection of empty bottles & water dispenser. Collection timing is subject to available space on the delivery vehicle.
